Not one lane.
One connected mind.

I work where technology, people, and creative production meet. My strength is learning the real situation quickly, finding the structure inside the mess, and translating it into decisions that clients, teams, and technical specialists can act on together.

My experience includes leading customer-support and hosting organizations, managing escalations and partner relationships, designing training programs, administering essential workplace systems, delivering web projects, managing event professionals and DJs, and directing an audio department for large corporate events and concerts.

I am comfortable moving between strategy and execution: defining a project, documenting a process, troubleshooting infrastructure, coaching a teammate, shaping a customer experience, editing media, or testing the finished result. The work changes; the responsibility to make it clear and dependable does not.

I hold degrees in Web & Graphic Design and Audio Engineering & Studio Recording. An entrepreneurial spirit, broad technical curiosity, and continuous learning connect every part of my career.

Connected systems.
Real-world outcomes.

Wide range.
Clear purpose.

I use the right discipline for the situation—not complexity for its own sake.
